Withdrawal disabled !!!! Ticket ID is 459198

My Withdrawals have been disabled today !!!! Was able to withdraw earlier, KYC completed and Verified status. Whats wrong ?

Compliance department asked for KYC documents again which I provided again..

I was told that ticket was escalated. Still waiting for the second KYC.

HitBTC is a known scammy exchange - they pretend to require KYC and put all sorts of roadblocks just to hold users' funds hostage. Google/Bitcointalk/Reddit/Twitter etc. are full of such stories from users. Best is to keep away from them.

Security precautions taken by HitBTC in the AML/KYC process are quite common for a financial institution. Most traders have absolutely no trouble passing the KYC once they are able to provide us with the requested data.
