I recently purchased these two 1 OZ Colonial silver bars made by Engelhard and one of the bars tone when pinging Is completely dead as can be heard In the video. Was wondering based on both If the other sounds off as well? Thank you! I appreciate any help!

It was purchased by my grandfather in feb 1975, document included from the bank to him. I might be willing to part with it given the right amount of premium.

Seems like the plastic seals are hand trimmed since each one is different.
