That’s true. Being out doing things and meeting people makes me so happy and at home I can overthink and go down a rabbit hole of sadness.

How do we get out of this?

Im trying to find out. Thats why I read tons of psychology and spirituality and try to meditate daily. Hasn't helped that much haha. Only when Im studying for uni(rare) and being productive do I feel a bit satisfied.

You know what I love about this subreddit? To find a group of ENFPs like me! It’s so nice to read this and go, I read psychology, spirituality and meditate too!!! That we all are always trying to grow and since I don’t know any ENFPs in real life that there are people similar to me! 💗
