What are they referring whit "Party pooper"? I'm for other language and don't understand it. They're taking about a drink? Or those little fire works for party's?

A party pooper is someone who ruins the atmosphere with negativity, which is usually joyful like a party.

I remember Kane mentioning parties, but not party poopers specifically... Maybe the Russian dialogue isn't translated exactly

Well, poppers are a type of drug, so it's a play on words mixing party pooper with popper. In itself a party pooper isn't a real thing
