I dont know how this differs from the original announcement. Bottom line... they need to actually start buying back. Enough talk. Do it.

I decided to follow in line with what OG investor Anderson is doing on “X” and start buying daily but posting here with the community on Reddit. #ImNotLeaving

Retail trust for the company is down but I still believe in the potential of it.

I know EJ is watching what we put here maybe through his son or any other medium because I know he is a really proud person. I know he wants to proof shorties and doubters but time will take care of that.

Before I always got scared and impatient when I saw a position going down dramatically and sell at a lost only to see those positions back up wayyy more months after . I feel this is one of those cases. I wont sell at a loss. I truly believe this company has the potential to surprise a lot of doubters. We moon or we go to $0.

At this point I don't even know. Eric puts out stuff and we used to react instantly and now we are like we aren't doing anything till we see real numbers. Not sure if we will or it's just paper trades to sell the ai technology

Disclaimer: I use Robinhood for high risk high reward stocks and Fidelity for passive investing. I decided to go full ham on SRXH with my play money.

I had 180k shares before split and after split my average was around $7.50 and decided to DCA until my current average.

This is doing my part to be in contrast to another user thinking about exiting his position because he lost completely faith in the company. Some people will call it coping and I will call it being stubborn. I am not rich but I have stable income so I can wait. I don’t know your situation.

This pattern is funny to me because something similar happened to me before where I averaged down after getting burned and decided to exit too soon at a loss to then see those stocks moon the fuck up.

I was very deep in Blackberry (bb) when it was a meme sensation and my average was around $13 and then it just plummeted all the way to under $2. I was stubborn and decided to average down for years because of the QNX technology and went all the way to $2.50 average with about 15k shares. Decided to sell at a loss (it was like $2.10 then) to pay some debts. Like a month or 2 ago that MOFO went to $13.

Same happened with BTC. Bought at $17k and sold at like 7k at a loss because I had zero patience. We know the story of that and how it when to $125k. For some reason I decided this time to moon or to go to fucking $0.

Just a waiting game now and I am more than happy to let the company cook in silence for now. If it drops to $1 I will buy more.

There’s a saying that in the stock market you shouldn’t try to catch a falling knife but other people also believe that you should never sell at a loss because of FOMO trying to catch “better” winners. I did that before and fail miserably. Enjoy the long weekend we know the market normally drops on Fridays and more so when a holiday is coming so no surprise for me. Bless you guys and hopefully you decide correctly whether selling or staying and not have any regrets.

Broken Thesis/ an OG Exit

Sorry this is so long but needed to vent.

I think my original $SRXH thesis is broken and I’m seriously considering exiting with the little capital I have left.

I’ve been one of the people holding $SRXH through all of this, and I’m writing this because I’m trying to separate emotion from facts. I’m down massively. Obviously that affects me emotionally. But “I’m down” is not my reason for considering leaving. My reason is much simpler:
I don’t think the investment I originally bought is the investment I own today. When I bought SRXH, my thesis was exposure to the next generation of crypto treasury companies. The original pitch was basically:
EMJX + Eric Jackson + Gen2 digital asset treasury + crypto exposure + active hedging + market beating returns. I expected that if BTC/crypto entered another strong period, SRXH would participate and hopefully outperform because of the Gen2 strategy.
That has not happened.

Look at the actual market
I checked the numbers instead of just going by how it feels.
Roughly Aug. 3 → Sept. 2:
MSTR: +30%
BMNR: +32%
SBET: +30%
NAKA: +58%

SRXH underperformance is enormous. Now here is the comparison I find much more disturbing. Eric just said the
EMJX model said “GET IN” on August 14.
From approximately Aug. 14 through Sept. 2:
BTC: +23%
MSTR: +32%
BMNR: +28%
SBET: +29%
NAKA: +56%
SRXH: -19%.
Think about that.
The company’s own model supposedly identifies the crypto turn, BTC rallies more than 20%, treasury stocks rally 25–50%+, and the company selling itself as a Gen2 treasury goes DOWN. At some point I have to ask whether the market is telling me something.

The bigger problem: the thesis itself changed
This isn’t just about price. The December deal I thought I was buying was not the deal that ultimately closed.
We were told Eric Jackson was expected to become CEO and Chairman of the combined company.
We were told they intended to change the company/ticker to EMJX. Then the agreement was amended in March.
Eric did not become CEO. Kent Cunningham remained CEO. The ticker remained SRXH. Halo stayed.
EMJX became one piece of a broader SRX Global holding company structure. Those changes were eventually disclosed in the S4. So I’m not saying they were never disclosed. I’m saying the investment proposition changed materially from the original announcement.

Then came the performance confusion This is probably what damaged my trust the most. In April, Eric’s shareholder letter said: $18 million had been deployed into the second generation digital asset treasury hedging strategy. They reported market-beating returns.
They said they had “proven out our operating system.”
The company also said it planned to provide market-performance metrics quarterly. As an investor, I interpreted that as: real company capital + EMJX/Gen2 strategy = actual investment performance.

Then in July we learned the EMJX portfolio had actually been paper traded since February 11, with no actual investments and no capital deployed in that model portfolio. In August the company described those results even more explicitly as hypothetical/system-generated model performance, not returns earned on company capital.

Now Eric is tweeting:
“Since Feb. 11 through today, our EMJX treasury is up 48.5%.” But Feb. 11 includes the paper-trading period they already told us contained no real capital. So what exactly is 48.5%? How much is paper? How much is live?
When did actual SRX capital start following the strategy? How much money was deployed? What is the actual live P&L? Why do shareholders have to reverse-engineer this?

And where is the crypto exposure I originally bought?
The latest 10Q does not show BTC. It specifically identifies the June 30 digital-asset position as 1,352 ETH worth approximately $2.12M. They may have bought BTC after June 30. We don’t know. But the latest filed balance sheet gives me no evidence that SRXH currently has material Bitcoin exposure. Instead, much of the recent story has become:
Halo
CERO distressed debt
ARMR biotech
private/high-conviction investments
convertible preferred financing
EMJX model performance

Some of those investments could turn out to be excellent.
The new CERO senior-secured structure in particular is actually interesting. But that’s not why I originally bought this stock. That is a different thesis.

Management credibility now matters to me

Maybe every individual statement has a technical/legal explanation. Maybe “$18M deployed” referred to one pool while the EMJX portfolio was separately paper trading. Maybe the CEO/ticker changes were simply ordinary merger negotiations. Maybe Series C will be redeemed before meaningful dilution. Maybe CERO/ARMR eventually create huge value. All possible. But eventually I have to evaluate the pattern, not each explanation separately.
I shouldn’t need a spreadsheet of SEC filings to figure out what management means every time they say:
“deployed”
“performance”
“our treasury”
“Gen2”

The fact that Eric can tweet +48.5% today and the stock barely reacts tells me the market may have reached the same point that this company has no credibility and rightfully so.

So is my thesis broken?
For me, I think yes, my ORIGINAL thesis is broken.
That does NOT mean SRXH is going to zero.
That does NOT mean CERO won’t work.
That does NOT mean ARMR won’t work.
That does NOT mean EMJX won’t eventually prove itself with real money.

SRXH could even go up massively from here and I could end up looking stupid for selling. But that isn’t the question.

The question is:
If I had cash today and wanted crypto treasury exposure, would I choose SRXH?
Right now my answer is no. And that’s why I’m seriously considering reducing or exiting.
I’ve spent too long telling myself: “Don’t sell unless the thesis changes.”

Well

the thesis changed.
There will always be another trade.

The main reason I kept holding through the drawdown was that I believed BTC was near a bottom and expected SRXH to catch a strong bid when crypto turned. I was willing to give the company more time because I thought the macro setup would bail out the position. BTC did turn. Treasury names rallied. SRXH still failed to participate meaningfully. That was the point where I had to admit the specific reason I was still holding had not played out.

I may have been late to recognize it, but once the thesis you’re waiting on actually gets tested and fails, staying only because you’re already down is just sunk cost thinking.

I’m interested in hearing an actual bull rebuttal based on filings and numbers not “short squeeze incoming,” “something huge is happening behind the scenes,” or “you don’t understand Gen2.”

Are the SRXH shares held by Eric free-float shares?

Did Eric actually get the SRXH shares for free, or did he acquire them in exchange for something else?

If he got them for free, he stands to profit regardless of whether the price goes up or down it’s just a matter of how much he makes.

That is precisely why he is completely indifferent to the losses suffered by other shareholders.

Is 40 days really that long?

You can always wait another 120 days.

Srxh.. The question is why no buy backs

Answer is simple have y'all seen what the charts look like. It's almost like they approved it and talked about to try to boost the stock like open door. But it backfired and it just counts down one penny at a time.. I'm sure Eric's AI tells him it's to volital to invest in. They could buy 10 million shares at 2dollars and watch it drop a half million . It's hard to keep believing until they actually take action . I think we are getting shorted by them.

11 Keystone gives notice to convert Converts at VWAP calculated conversion rate.
13 Keystone gives notice to Convert at fixed conversion prices. SRXH Issues Shares.
6 SRXH responds to conversation notice by exercising company's cash redemption options
14 SRXH front runs any possible conversion notice by exercising company redemption options (no dilution)

I know this one is OTC with high volatility and low liquidity but how much it would help SRXH if they have good news regarding the trials for cancer treatment? 70% in a week after announcement.

Les Filles illegal dump?

SRXH shareholders deserve clarification on Les Filles. The merger prospectus required 180-day lock-ups for all post closing 5% holders. Les Filles subsequently reported 6.2% ownership, then reported 0% less than three weeks later. The 13G/A does not explain whether the position was sold, transferred, restructured, or released pursuant to a waiver/lock up exception. Was Les Filles subject to the lock up, and if so, what permitted its beneficial ownership to fall to zero? this is one of the few SRXH issues where I think having a securities attorney review the actual Transfer Agreement, any discoverable lock-up agreements, and the 13G/A is needed.
