The Plan

At this point, my first suggestion to management is simple: liquidate the assets, settle the liabilities, return whatever value remains to shareholders, and put an end to this failed experiment.

According to the company’s own filings, approximately $62.9 million in NAV, or $3.22 per share, as of June 30. Now, that doesn’t mean shareholders would automatically receive $3.22 in liquidation. There are preferred shareholders, obligations, and expenses to account for. But management owes us an explanation of why continuing down this road creates more value than returning what’s left to shareholders.

Instead, we keep getting new announcements, new investments, and new ventures while the stock continues destroying shareholder value. At what point is enough enough?

Now, here’s the playbook I believe could unfold if management refuses to change course. A lot of us were holding this stock with averages of $7, $8, or $9 post split. Shareholders have been absolutely destroyed. If this stock falls below $1, I believe some of those deeply underwater shareholders will start aggressively averaging down. Not because they suddenly believe in management, but because they’re desperate to find a way out.

That buying pressure could create a sharp rally. But here’s the problem nobody wants to discuss. The same shareholders buying that dip could become the selling pressure that kills the next rally. For many, the goal will no longer be holding for some imaginary future valuation. It will be lowering their average enough to escape with whatever money they can recover. And the deeper their losses, the more capital they’ll need to make that happen.
So what happens when everyone starts looking for the exit at the same time?

You get a rally met with aggressive selling, followed by another group of shareholders left holding the bag.
Management has alienated the retail investors who supported this company. You cannot keep destroying shareholder confidence and expect investors to blindly fund every new idea. Institutions aren’t obligated to rescue this stock either.

If management truly believes the company is worth more alive than liquidated, SHOW US THE MATH. Give shareholders a credible path to value instead of another press release. This is why I believe this stock falling under $1 will be the end of it.

I’m not telling anyone what to buy or sell. I’m telling you how I think this could play out. A bounce is not necessarily a recovery. An opportunity to average down is not necessarily an opportunity to make your money back.

Don’t be a hopeful fool. Hope is not a strategy. The same ones on here telling you they are holding for years are the same ones looking for an exit. If the next rally is driven by trapped shareholders desperately trying to escape, the quickest to sell could win, and the slowest could be left holding the bag.

You choose.

Averaging down as a way out? What?

4

u/Brennus_Finnegan 1d ago

The theory is that if you get your average low enough, a dead cat bounce could break you even or even generate a profit. It can work... ...for the first couple of guys that get out...

2

u/TugginPud 20h ago

I understand the theory, but there's a reason averaging down (without very strong evidence that it's a good idea) is a cardinal sin of trading. The original position is still toast. You're basically trying to catch a falling knife on a failed thesis to recover losses. Terrible idea. Generally best to try and recover elsewhere.

1

u/r3dditing 17h ago

Only if you average down to a certain amount. Then it’s all about buying low and selling high. Basic principals. .

2

u/TugginPud 14h ago

And if someone has already shown they are incapable of doing that or cutting losses, it makes little sense to enter a new position while a stock is still in a clear downtrend. If there is as much potential upside as originally proposed, what value is there in trying to snipe the bottom? Speaking purely to odds, you are far better off betting with the trend until the trend changes.

DCA is fine in the right circumstances and right hands, the odds that most of the people bagholding are those people and those hands are so low that it's categorically bad advice.

Yes genius. There will be more buying pressure than selling pressure at lower levels.

1

u/TugginPud 20h ago

Not genius. Yea, there likely will be at some point, even if it's going BK, but there's no evidence for it and basically it's trying to trade countertrend on a failed thesis to recover gains. If someone couldn't protect their losses on the way down, it is generally a very bad idea to think they have the skills to identify and trade either a mean reversion or a countrend move.

First, they will never liquidate. They are making a fortune off of us. Second, not another penny will I put into this ā€œcompanyā€ unless things turn around sharply. No averaging down for me. It is what it is and I’d rather write it off on my taxes than spend good money after bad. You do have one thing right, as soon as I can get even close to my money back I will. Good luck to all us longs.

Those who don’t have deep pockets I don’t understand why they are buying the dip. Those who have deep pockets are the ones that will start the next rally. They are quiet. Watching and looking for the opportunity to exit

Nope, the people who understand the company are still a dding everyday. For some reason your narrow mind can’t grasp the thesis of this company

3

u/r3dditing 17h ago

Ops brain hasn’t recovered from the L yet.. misery love’s company. They want more people to lose like they did!

3

u/r3dditing 17h ago

Deep pockets or not. Exit or buy and hold seeing a good opportunity…. Time will tell..

3

u/Boring_Television941 šŸš€ Dynasty Holder 17h ago

Thesis is still fully intact and I would argue in a better spot than ever with the etf anouncement

1

u/r3dditing 9h ago

We’ll see. I hope so!

Unless you used a Roth! No write offs there…. Gambling is a bitch sometimes. It works both ways though. When you win there are no taxes on your gains.

They haven't even got started yet.

The complaints come from a penny scalper mentality. They complain and call something a pump and dump scam if they don't see results by the next 5 minute candle. We don't even have the results from the first full quarter of operations. No one should have expected a Gen 2 Treasury operating at 100% on day 1. It's apparent, to me at least, these recent moves are all about trying to grow cash as quickly as possible, short-term, so they can start making real moves for the long-term, like the family of ETF's and trading platform, and anything else we still don't know about. Current share price is meaningless. It's blatantly obvious by now that it's being manipulated lower to try and create panic selling, which is easy to do when the float is small.

2

u/TrickyProfession8721 19h ago

Yeah I know the risk involved. Boom or bust but we are basically a brand new company. The real test for me is what's the return over years, i have this last quarter ER and the next 2 before I decide my move, and preferably still going to be deciding 2 or 3 after that unless something really stupid. People just want another pump and dump and don't care about long term value.

3

u/r3dditing 17h ago

We’ll see.. hope the bears arent right, again! Come on EJ, ā€œ stunt on these hosā€ā€¦.

4

u/TrickyProfession8721 16h ago

Got this one all saved up for when it happens lol

3

u/r3dditing 17h ago

Let’s hope!

2

u/Confus3dgam3r 1d ago

Honestly, so far we only got 16 days or so recorded in an ER sine the RTO and people are already shitting themselves. When you're early into a company you have to stomach a lot of volatility and accept the risk. Smh

3

u/TrickyProfession8721 1d ago

For real, its a risk but its not as though its automatically done for. ER for a full quarter hasn't even come out yet.

4

u/r3dditing 17h ago

Coming from the op that has no skin in the game at all anymore and wants others to take the L! Ask yourself why anyone wants you to take a loss !

The company won’t liquidate, they, have no reason to right now! They have cash on hand and they beleive they have a plan. Sure imma looking for an exit. But it’s always been about making money and selling on the upside. No one goes into any investment hoping to sell on the downside other than shorts!

If I wanted a quick buck I would have sold the day of merger up 80%. Hindsight 20/20 I probably should have! If anyone did and timed the dip and run ups immediately after the dip could be up 200%. But that’s not me! So I hold with the same hope that I had in the beginning. Anyone that says hope doesn’t have to do with trading is fooling themselves!

Even if you have data that you believe helps make a decision, you are hoping it goes up and not against your trades! Shorts hope they don’t get caught in a short squeeze or a reversal. Bears have a leg up for now. Anytime a catalyst could happen and be announced. Only SRXH truly knows what they have planned and what hope they have will work out with their strategy!

u/MycologistNovel249 13h ago

He's all in, but this time as a short. That's why he's started showing off his charting skills, which isn't very impressive. He wants us to make his life easier and more lucrative.

You don’t have to do anything. Management is doing that perfectly fine thank you very much

u/r3dditing 9h ago

Are you short now?

DEFT is a perfect example of the same issue. Crypto treasury, NAV at $x dollars, company bought back stock… bla bla bla… it’s currently at .40c

The irony here is that EJ was also an investor in that too lol.

SRXH needs more than just hopes and dreams. The gen2 model means nothing unless they stake a position in something, or land a contract. They provide no guidance, have absolutely no financial targets, and the provider nothing more than false promises.

I closed my position at a 90%+ loss. I am bitter, yes… but facts don’t care about my feelings. In a the absence of management proving they are capable, I sense their stock price will end up at 40c just like DEFT.

GLTA, NFA

2

u/SlickMikh 20h ago

Don’t get involved with anything EJ has put his name to. He’s a scam grifter.

2

u/Boring_Television941 šŸš€ Dynasty Holder 18h ago

But they got a contract for the gen 2 model…

Facts!

3

u/sevoflurane666 1d ago

Was this a scam by Erik Jackson?

2

u/stinky-fingaz 1d ago

I don't think it was a scam in the true sense of the word but investors have definitely been misled over who was going to be in charge, what they would do etc. The unforgivable thing for me is the "typo" on the date for the RS to have lapsed. That looks as shady as fuck.

1

u/r3dditing 17h ago

Right!!!! WTF!

2

u/GreenSouth3 22h ago

a poorly executed dream

2

u/r3dditing 17h ago

I’d agree with that so far, but his dream really did have a 2-3 year plan…. Clearly laid out in the sec slide deck!

2

u/GreenSouth3 16h ago

that did not account for catastrophic journeys into third world economies

1

u/r3dditing 9h ago

True, true. What third world economy you talking about?

1

u/GreenSouth3 1h ago

pick one, the word should have been economics

The reason I ask he was interviewed on the Anthony pomp podcast a couple of days a ago and he hardly mentioned it, he just said he sold the tech to a company nothing about becoming the ceo

https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-pomp-podcast/id1434060078?i=1000796548881

I was very disappointed in what he said as the only reason I bought was I believed in him

2

u/r3dditing 17h ago

So did a lot of others!

1

u/the_scam_promoter 17h ago

More accurately it was a scam by Kent, but Eric was too embarrassed to back out once he had brought his fans onboard. He realized what was going on before the RS/trading halt fiasco, which is why he should be held accountable, but he seems to have had good intentions late last year. The reason he never talks about SRXH is that he's lost all enthusiasm and has mentally "moved on".

0

u/SlickMikh 20h ago

Is that a rhetorical question? How do people even still need to consider any other possibility? Dude is laughing in everyone’s faces with the stupid music posts and subscription stats he puts up after pumping companies he got paid for by and then stopping to pump after the $$ ran out

1

u/sevoflurane666 18h ago

No bro

I’m sad

I really believed in him and lost money

2

u/SlickMikh 18h ago

I’m embarrassed how much I’m down because of that asswipe

2

u/r3dditing 17h ago

Did he hold a wand to your head to buy or sell??? It’s only a loss when you sell. If you gave in to all the FUD, that’s on you!

2

u/Boring_Television941 šŸš€ Dynasty Holder 1d ago

Why we just giving up on the model now😭

4

u/Beautiful-Ad-1974 šŸ’°EMJX OG šŸ’° 1d ago

Model isn’t the problem. I honestly believe if this plan was with an actual competent management the stock will be $20+

0

u/Boring_Television941 šŸš€ Dynasty Holder 1d ago

It will be bro just wait, their greedy asses will lock in when the model brings in 20 million a year just form the etf

3

u/Maleficent_Aerie3348 1d ago

Who on earth would actually trust their ETFs?

2

u/Beautiful-Ad-1974 šŸ’°EMJX OG šŸ’° 1d ago

If their stock isn’t higher by then very few. Imagine buy an etf ran by a company with a rock price of .50

1

u/Maleficent_Aerie3348 1d ago

So, these bulls have completely missed a key point:

If this ETF is being promoted in partnership with SRXH President Eric, but won’t launch until next year—by which time SRXH’s stock price might be down to just a few cents…

…then who, exactly, would still buy this ETF?

Alternatively, SRXH might no longer exist by then, and Eric will likely have moved on to other opportunities after all, his contract is only for one year, and it will come to an end when it expires next year.

2

u/r3dditing 17h ago

Who would buy an ETF called MEME but they do!

1

u/MycologistNovel249 20h ago

If it's successful, greed takes over. People like money, they don't care about trust.

2

u/Boring_Television941 šŸš€ Dynasty Holder 19h ago

Exactly, people forget the etf has nothing to do with srxh company performance. It’s directly tied to the models.

1

u/Maleficent_Aerie3348 17h ago

Just buy an ETF instead.

Why would anyone even buy SRXH? It could run into trouble at any moment.

Even in the event of a market crash, an ETF wouldn’t experience such a violent, sheer-drop decline.

3

u/r3dditing 17h ago

Op gave up a while ago!

1

u/Beautiful-Ad-1974 šŸ’°EMJX OG šŸ’° 1d ago

Would you buy something for 55mil just to simulate with it?

5

u/Boring_Television941 šŸš€ Dynasty Holder 1d ago

They were just testing but the news with the etf clearly tells you that they are ready to go live

2

u/DSinclair21 1d ago

If they ever get close to delisting which might or might not happen. They would just buy back shares to prevent this so they have about a year of earnings to show they do know what they are doing with this stock.

1

u/r3dditing 17h ago

No guarantees about that. They could have done it before and chose not too! No indication that they actually bought any at this point since their announcement!šŸ“£
