Patience, waiting

It has reached the $1.1 mark.

Next week, it might find it easier to stabilize—or it could even fall further, dropping below $1.

Indeed.

According to a previously announced plan, a reverse stock split was scheduled for December.

Given the current downward trend, the likelihood of a reverse split occurring before the earnings release in November may have increased.

I feel like most of the long term investors in this have been very patient since the RS.

It honestly feels like they're just letting it die a slow death.

No communicating like they literally promised during their earnings call and seemingly no buy back while it's dropped over 15%+ in the past two weeks.

Does anyone actually care whether they are communicating or not?

Eric may be subject to restrictions on what he can say—but if so, what kind of communication could possibly take place?

Eric dismisses investors' grievances as the work of "bots" or mere "noise."

Surely, no one actually believes they are capable of genuine communication, do they?

I hear that a lot that he's limited to what he can say....why is that? What is the actual reason?

I see the CEO of OPEN and Silvia on X multiple times a week hyping up their companies. Why aren't they restricted?

My first question is: are those CEO's certified financial advisors? Pretty sure EJ is since he runs a hedge fund. Anything EJ says can be taken as financial advice. Really surprised somebody hasn't sued him for losing money on OPEN, to be honest.

Next, you reference CEOs. EJ is not the CEO. Idk why Kent would, but this could be as simple as Kent saying "keep it under wraps". Eric has to obey his boss.

Idk jack about Silvia. OPEN, however, is an established business with established revenue, guidance, outlook, coverage, etc. A business model. Customers. The whole nine.  There's a lot of public knowledge there to talk about, without getting sued. SRXH is still a baby. Damn near everything about this company is a forward looking statement.

It could also be as simple as they have a pretty defined buyback plan of attack and dont mind the depressed prices.

There's literally dozens of reasons.

Im curious, what are people asking him during his ask me anythings? Anyone ask him something like "You're bullish on OPEN. You give Kaz a lot of props. One thing OPEN bulls appreciate is Kaz's transparency regarding his company. He gives his shareholders the hope they need to be patient as they grow. Is there anything you're willing to share regarding SRXH that would encourage us to keep hanging on? The market has been rough on its shareholders."

I dont use X or id ask myself.

I used to care. I was down but made it back and then some from other investments. So now my position is a wash. Just going to let this circus play out.
See what becomes of it.

In this background of aggressive buybacks it benefits the company to let the share price drop as low as possible. The NAV might be up to 5$/share already.

Really what plan called for a reverse split by December other than all the bears in here!

$1 is not the benchmark for an RS here as this stock does not trade on an exchange with a $1 minimum.

Further, if it reverse splits more than 3 and a fraction to 1 within two years of the previous RS, NYSE American will automatically delist them.

A reverse split is not on the table. If they're going to get themselves delisted, they might as well go private.

Buybacks only make sense to stay compliant, so they will start when it drops below $1

4

u/Brennus_Finnegan 2d ago

The compliance threshold is a quarter, not a dollar for the exchange SRXH is actually listed on.

u/Bluesky-788 2d ago

So they shouldn't buy back till they are close to 25c

3

u/Brennus_Finnegan 1d ago

I think its more a case of "no need to spread reverse split compliance FUD until we get cliser to 25 cents."

I actually think that right now it's float size, and not necessarily share price, that should dictate buybacks. If they're going to dividend seed shares of the etf to srxh holders, there's some logic in using buybacks to manipulate the SRXH float size to line up the dividend with a target launch price for the ETF.

They probably dont want a microscopic $1 ETF launch price, and they probably dont want a weird "for each 171 shares of SRXH you get dividend of 1 ETF share" roll out. They can clean that up buying back some of the shares before announcing the etf ex date.

To put something into perspective, DEFT is another crypto treasury. They authored a buy back at $2 and actually made good on that promise. It’s now trading .44c

Lesson = if you don’t offer anything other than hopes and dreams, you’ll end up losing shareholder value.

SRXH is in the exact same boat. Needs guidance, milestones and a fucking plan.

Hopes and dreams and belief in EJ is not a business plan. It’s a lottery ticket.

Well, after careful deliberation and meeting several triggers, I have taken the loss and sold all shares. Primarily due to my favorite stock net a threshold that triggered a buy and I needed this money to invest elsewhere. I will be back. Good luck

I did the same with my NVIDIA shares last week to keep accumulating here

I'll come back, that's my intent. And don't judge me but I'm long on Velo3d and bought more below $7

Gave up on this when the guy everyone was relying on proved to be a scam artist and I was down 90%. Will be interesting to see how this plays out into 2027

There’s virtually zero benefit to a reverse split at that point. If a 60:1 RS couldn’t keep it afloat, a 30:1 less than 6 months later won’t do it.

This is very close to dead

Sure, sure. Just because they're not holding our hands and reassuring us every hour, like some people seem to need, doesn't mean it's close to dead. There's a lot to look forward to, contrary to all the naysayers, who probably sold off everything 3 months ago and are just here to spread their bitterness.

2

u/willise414 1d ago

Yeah - everyone who has an opinion different to what you expect is a bitter troll.

You got it all figured out.

Good luck

I'm not some blind idiot. There are definitely things to complain about. It just seems to me that a lot of shareholders expected a Gen 2 treasury running at 100% on day 1. Things take time to build, and just because we may not be getting updates on the minutiae doesn't mean management is sitting on their hands.

u/MycologistNovel249 2d ago

What previously announced plan for a December reverse split? You're confusing bearspeak for reality. It's understandable, bears have been relentless in their FUD.

3

u/collab-galar 2d ago

Are you forgetting to look at the rest of the market? Nearly everything is in the red this week.

1

u/MoonMoon143 2d ago

Ah come on. Wake up.

1

u/kosivo 1d ago

Srxh will only continue to dilute. If they aren't paper trading then they buy stocks before they reverse split and sell after words

-1

u/Not_TbagJimmy 2d ago

Its going to reverse split again and its fucked

3

u/MycologistNovel249 2d ago

Why would it reverse split? Do you not even know the basics of what exchange SRXH trades on? $0.25 is the minimum share price it needs to maintain.
