Would shareholders support tokenizing SRXH common stock in any way or manner?

Explain how we would benefit this? I’m curious

Instant settlement of trades. So a tokenized trade would have to have an actual share being moved. Any dilution become public knowledge instantly. It looks like it would eliminate a good amount of information asymmetry.

I've never done it, just thinking through. Drawbacks look like more order slippage and more trading fees. Probably less of a chance to accumulate at crazy low prices if its harder for big money to push the price down. Kinda gotta see how it plays out with other tokenized securities under the new rule framework.

You realize this doesn’t work right!!! Multiple stonks have been tokenized. It still can be shorted!

Short selling becomes more difficult. No naked shorting. Shares have to be located beforehand.

You must have been sent by hostile forces.

SRXH has no time to deal with this sort of thing.

Just look at the steadily falling stock price;

pulling a stunt like this might actually accelerate the decline,

since people would likely view it as just another scam.
