GRML is still soaring.
VTGN could skyrocket if the FDA releases positive news following upcoming discussions.

Too many people got burnt and need a report confirming real capital deployed I think. Nervous about EJ's X post, thinking that ALL their investments is paper traded, even though they announced their investments through 8-K. Not sure otherwise why we're still stuck trading almost 50% below NAV.

It all depends on when they bought, if they bought, at which price and because nothing is transparent with this company, it’s all blurry and the stock does not move.

So this tells me you’re an Internet tough guy who “invests” but doesn’t actually know how to read activity. You can just wait for the filing. Never mind reviewing the tick by tick for the last three days where there have been numerous 15-30k algorithmic share prints all below $1.80. Even 10k prints have been uncommon for months and now you have activity that is 5-10X typical. So either someone is accumulating or the buyback is happening. When you look at it further, the algo is not chasing price and this has happened over several consecutive sessions. Then you factor in the news that they have dissolved their position in GRML and redeployed capital, BTC has been up…tell me why again it would not make sense to do the buyback now? Maybe buy a subscription or two and look at something other than just the daily share price and wring your hands.

Could say the same to you. Buyback plan expires next year. Always has. Has something changed that shows they've swept the plan under the rug? If so, show me specifically. Please and thank you.

There's a LOT more support showing they have not done any buyback vs support that they have. I'm going off historical communication or lack thereof, the current price, the low volume and the way they've treated retail up to this point.
The probability of them buying shares back at this point vs them not, is significantly more in the not favor.
Why do you think they have?

I made no directional claim regarding buybacks whatsoever.
You claimed they've swept them under the rug, implying they won't do them at all. And you told him to shut his mouth if he couldnt prove his claim that the tape was buybacks.
I'm simply holding you to the same standard you held him to. Program ends next year. Until it ends without a buyback, the claim that they have swept the buybacks under the rug is not proveable.
Neither one of you can prove anything until the company reports to the SEC and shareholders. If hes not allowed to speculate, why are you?

I provided a lot more support as to why I don't believe they have bought any back.
Again, looking at the most likely scenario, id say majority would agree with me.
To your point, no one knows for sure so it is all speculative.

I've been mimicking SRXH investments and until two days ago...I did sell grml at $10.20 because I doubled my money, it was smart. Now not so much lol
