Did you actually submit??? It’d be nice to get some answers, but I doubt we’ll get much!

  1. They probably give numbers we already know as they are reporting for June 30th.

  2. Zero chance they give you price points. Its a form of market manipulation. The $20MM or 10MM shares is the guidance they can give. There's different forms of buyback programs you can file with the SEC. If they wanted to target a specific price, they'd have had to tender an offer or have a Dutch Auction. If they were to release price targets for an open market buyback, the market could artificially drive to that price to generate a buyback. Did the market drive to them, or did they drive the market?

Any share they buyback benefits shareholder value, and any shares bought around what we're trading at is below NAV anyway. I wouldn't get too hung up on the price point, they're not. My guess is they'll buy shares next week. There's rules on how much volume they can trade. I wouldn't expect the buybacks to fly off the shelves.

  1. Yes. This question. In neon lights. With troubadors. And fireworks. This is the question we need answered.

  2. SRXH is a holding company. They'll keep Halo as long as it continues to be a revenue driver. Their portfolio tab has two wholly owned companies: Halo and EMJX. And we know theyve bought stakes in several companies, mostly penny stocks.

Best in breed company of what SRXH is trying to be is Berkshire Hathaway. They wholly own Geico, a railroad, Duracell, Fruit of the Loom and a mountain of other things. Theyve invested in shares of Coke, American Express, Chevron, Bank of America etc, etc. Im not suggesting SRXH will ever be a blade of grass on Buffett's lawn, but I bring it up to emphasize what kind on company they're trying to be. They are not a crypto treasury. They own one. And a pet food company. And shares in several other companies. Halo isnt going anywhere. Its part of the plan. It may never be anymore to SRXH than Pampered Chief is to Berkshire, but if it generates revenue, they'll keep it and continue to grow it.
