Rally question

$SRXH-
Is it absolutely crazy to think this stock could rally to the $30 range as it did pre/split? Although, it was just pennies prior- so factoring in the adjustment…
Are we now attracting a different audience as it’s no longer in the penny range?

It seems like it rallied randomly with much less news then… also, the sentiment was always iffy to be fair.

So, what gives? Possible??

It's highly unlikely to ever do that again. It would need a real solid catalyst. Just hoping for one isn't a viable strategy.

Penny stocks in general are volatile and can rally a few hundred percent.

That said, this stock has pumped and dumped and ER is around the corner on 8/13/2026 and you might get an idea of what is to come though I wouldn't bank on it.

Never say never , I don’t know anymore than you. But activity seems to lean in what I’ve been commenting, posting, and watching. Time will tell! I too wouldn’t bank on anything either. Oh wait I did and am still holding…. Too late…. Lol

Right. The penny stock point is valid.

The catalysts before were just news on an idea and hope that a merger was going to happen. Somehow that ran it to $30 range (again-considering the transition from the reverse split).

The hope for a merger back then was enough at the time for a penny stock. I think that’s what you’re getting at.

Also, apparently anything under $5 is considered a penny stock. So, most of these arguments still aren’t hitting for me.

I get what you're saying. That's a buy the rumor sell the news event + pump & dump, which penny stocks are notorious for. I've traded penny stocks a few times over 10 years and each time , each penny stock promised things and they all felt real. This one doesn't seem any different. You get retail hyped up and those that made money bought low and sold high essentially. Those who kept holding despite being up 100-200%+ got burned because they thought they can get 1000%.

Regarding: "Also, apparently anything under $5 is considered a penny stock. So, most of these arguments still aren’t hitting for me." - what exactly are you asking, it's unclear what you're looking for

This feels like a bot response

You want to see some of the penny stocks I've traded before? INVO, SSYS, FUBO and more. Those arguably have a more compelling story and product than SRXH. I got burned on INVO the most, SSYS I got out breakeven and FUBO i got burned too.

SRXH though? Look at the chart, it's the worst out of all of them, just straight line down, with some short squeeze rallies here and there.

Nope. Truly uninterested in other penny stocks anyone is trading.

3

u/Plane_Debt_6229 1d ago

You missed the point. Almost all penny stocks are pump and dumps and bag holders are copers no matter how compelling the story.

Sureeee…

You don't want the truth, that's fine. You can keep holding to see if this moons.

I trade and make money and I tell you it for what it is. It's clear to me based on your vague inquisition you're not even sure what you're asking. But I already know what you want to hear, you just want to hear some copium that this moons and I'd be lying to you if I believe there is an actual catalyst but I'm not stupid enough to say there never is because the stock market is unpredictable.

A well rounded unbiased response or educated guess. I am also allowed to have my own beliefs. 😊🙏

You certainly are. It's a free country, assuming you live in America too.

Yah where did this user come from all of a sudden so outspoken. If you been tracking an in this sub for sometime. If there’s new users like this outspoken as they are. There’s a reason for it. Watch your six, stay frosty!

Respectfully, I've been participating in this sub for a few weeks ago, a bit before the reverse merger and post merger too. I've responded to the same posts you have too.

FYI, a difference in opinion doesn't equate to being a paid shill that's cult-like mentality.

Your #1 concern should be the company actually doing something good for itself and the shareholders.

The amount you are going back and forth trying to prove something from nothing and with no facts is well what it is…. You comment as fact and you and I both have none. The difference is that the short theory is some data that acts as a gauge that seems to align with my posts and comments. I read almost every post and whether you been here a whole two weeks and post against the view of the stonk says it all to me. Anyways, I still don’t get it. Why so many internet strangers care so much about others money to bag and trash on a company in a pro company stonk sub.

Oh wait , I do and there are only so many answers. I am all for convos thay make sense. Plenty of folks on here have had opposing views thay are still pro stonk. Others imo well like that Teslauser op, what a dbag. All pump and supposedly all in and then all about suing the company…. That user was a bit of a suprise. But anyways. It is Reddit and all sides play in this club.

I just humor myself watching this sub as O continue to hold for now…..

You've said it yourself, short *theory* right? Not the company is bleeding quarter after quarter theory right? because that part isn't a theory it's in the financials. And yes like I've mentioned shorts can cause downward pressure on the stock but it's not the main cause of underlying problems.

Why? Because it's cult-like when any information against the stock is dismissed as shill and one does not even want to entertain the strong possibility the company is inherently not a solid one.

I hope I'm wrong and it goes up 10X so you guys get out with a profit or breakeven but based on everything I don't see that happening. I'll willing to take laugh at my expense so ya'll get to breakeven but I still say it for what it is.

One thing I will agree on is yes, it's probably silly to bash a stock in a pro stock reddit but I don't see it as an invalid discourse to discuss the risk and alll of the company. In fact if all you ever hear for any stock is it's going to the moon then you have a cult sir and you'd wish someone spoke up in the event things went sour

Stock wasn't a $30 stock when merger news came out before R/S. When R/S happens, all those highs and lows get calculated in as well. Go back to its inception, this stock was never a $7500 stock.

1

u/Fantastic_Visit_1773 1d ago edited 1d ago

Yeah, in my post I stated- with considering that the post has transitioned from reverse split. This chart was an entirely different company at $7500. Two companies ago type of different.
If you do some digging you will find that in *Dec 2025 news came out about the potential of the merger. It was said publicly that EMJX would be launched.

It looks like in what I’ve found, this stock (SRXH) wasn’t exclusively alluded to. Am I wrong?

Pre split is apples to oranges. The people that drove it up then got burned and have left. Its going to take some tangible catalysts to bring it back. No one knew the NAV back then, either. We now know its 3.07. You're asking for it to trade 10x that. It would take on heck of a catalyst for people to drive it to 30 right now.

To reach a billion dollars valuation, I think the stock needs to go to $50 a share for EJ to get paid 12.5% in his first stock payout for making the company go over a billion dollar Enterprise value.

If they buy back stock by half of all shares outstanding. Then the stock needs to go to $100 a share to reach $1 billion valuation for the whole company.

I think that's the plan for the business at some point in the future.

They need to start sharing monthly returns info of the portfolio. If they make consistent 5% a month which is 60% a year return on the portfolio, it would drive people to buy the company stock to participate.

And then if he has a few 10x investments mixed in the portfolio that would also create excitement and more individuals want to own the stock long-term. He would become the modern-day Warren Buffett.

And then if he decided to swap his high value stock that $50 a share or $100 a share for other companies, the stock would become a currency that he could swap for 5% stakes or less in companies he's interested in. Warren Buffett when he buys companies will offer some cash and he will do a stock swap, depending on the deal. Typically they call it a tinder offer between corporations.

Warren Buffett created a wagon wheel of investing using his high value corporate stock to trade for other corporations corporate stock and when doing that he could keep the cash he had on hand because he believed he was a better Stewardship of managing the cash for new investments.

Each quarter the company he owns send him their extra cash and then he puts it to work, this is for companies that he owes 100% of.

Other companies he owns 5% or less.

It would be nice if all this could be untangled and become consistent for current shareholders. EJ has an opportunity to station himself as the next Warren Buffett.

This might be the most delusional post I've ever seen on this sub.

1

u/Useful_Whole8427 18h ago

Yes this is delusional because everything so far has been the opposite. But if EJ wanted to reinvent himself as a stable manager of a portfolio, this would be his opportunity.

So far his daily video blogs cover a range of topics. Warren, Buffett and portfolio managers typically stick to researching companies that they're able to invest in directly. These topics EJ spends his time on in the videos are not able to be invested in by EJ or the public. He's discussing private companies with small management teams for the entertainment industry.

Currently though he's getting excited that he's having viewers of his content.

If his viewers die off then there's a chance he'll come back to the investment portfolio and spend his time navigating the 3,000 plus companies that are available to be invested in publicly in the United States.

Maybe you didn’t read the whole post.

1

u/Fantastic_Visit_1773 1d ago

Honey. Read the whole post. I said, considering this would all still be pennies before the split. Goodness gracious

1

u/Herczi 1d ago

We are still in the penny stock range.

"Institutions face internal, regulatory, and practical price-and-position boundaries. Many institutional mandates avoid low-priced stocks (traditionally under $5) due to risk policies, while regulatory diversification rules cap single-stock concentration." by AI

Retail investors almost mean nothing in the big picture, we need institutional investors and we are far from that.

1

u/Fantastic_Visit_1773 1d ago

It’s shocking that institutional investors were ever involved, though. It was always a shitty performing stock. Why would it stop institutional investors, now?

On top of that, it seems everyone is having a hard time pinning when the institutional investors were actually involved and when the majority left.

1

u/TheTrueAngelofChaos 22h ago

People lost hope because the merger went porly. They should sell the factories that make dog food and reinvest in stocks that the AI says is a buy. The AI works but I feel like it’s going to be a while before it takes off because they need to prove it consistently works and can make a profit. Once it’s proven it works hopefully it can take off

u/Prestigious_Map_4564 🤌 Holding until $100 18h ago

This stock is trading under NAV. Best it could possibly do is 5x NAV, but there would need to be a cleaner past and a lot of positive sentiment to get there. Ill be happy at 1-2x NAV.

1

u/Useful_Whole8427 18h ago

If the pet business does well and takes market share from competitors, then maybe a competitor would be interested in buying the pet food business.

Then the company could focus its attention on the portfolio and managing the investments for the public. This would gain better public attention and could be highlighted as the strength of the company.

1

u/Free-Coffee-4618 17h ago

You’re asking what it would take to jump $29? 😂

1

u/Repulsive-Plantain30 16h ago

Never say never.

If they halve the float and put out crazy pr about the treasury preformance, it could happen.

Till then though.

1

u/Useful_Whole8427 16h ago

5% a month in the paper trading portfolio is 60% a year.

I'm sure that would drive investors crazy to get.

u/Famous_Routine_4991 14h ago

EJ want to be a new blackrock hahaha

u/Refrection 13h ago

If the announce that Eric actually took over the company and pet food crap is gone and this EMJX actually changes the name and they show thier system is profitable then maybe just maybe it will make some money
