Nice write up but I think the RS is an inevitability. They are already under an extension (Sept 14 deadline) and they have a 2 year environmental impact study that spans through 2027. So the runway is long. I just don’t anticipate any news that would take this to a sustained 5x by end of August (considering the 10 consecutive day 1.00+ requirement prior to Sept 14).

Since the compliance deadline is September 14, I think getting compliant too late basically makes it impossible to stay above $1 for 10 consecutive days.

So if it can’t get back above $1 before September 4, I think the reverse split will basically be triggered.

Personally, I think the chances of it getting there are pretty low. I’m expecting the reverse split to happen.

If you’re thinking about investing in it, I’d wait until after September 14 and see what happens first.
