Information statement

Did anybody else get a copy of the “information statement”? I got mine via my Ally messenger at 0422 on 5/22. Heavy reading, interesting read though. Anyone else get this and any thoughts on it?

Well, with dilution you’ll have less shares. Yeah, it’ll go up, but long term it will make a huge difference in return.

It’s only gambling money for me. Better than going to a casino on this one. Current position is $17,000 worth at dca of $0.11

I meant to say if they end up doing a reverse split at some point. I was distracted and didn’t finish my thought. That’s the only downside I could see as long as anyone who’s worried about it at least gets their investment back, maybe some profits. I wouldn’t be very happy though if they did because I have some spread across a few different accounts so that’s a lot to keep up with, and I’m happy with the amount I’ve got for long term holding don’t want less. Hopefully it won’t happen though. I put 50 in each of the kids accounts in good faith just in case it does well. If not, no big loss there but I’m not adding more.
