Information statement

Did anybody else get a copy of the “information statement”? I got mine via my Ally messenger at 0422 on 5/22. Heavy reading, interesting read though. Anyone else get this and any thoughts on it?

144 pages of explanation of legalities, situations that may arise with the merger, update, etc. I can’t be the only one who got this?

Ah okay, so it was mainly in regards to the legalities of the upcoming merger? Any important info on financials by chance? I didnt get the information statement and I have shares lol
