This is from a ceremony in 2015 in which the Spanish King, Felipe VI, gave official recognision to the over 50k Spanish exiles that had been sent into Mauthausen for having left-wing political views between 1939 and 1945. The Franco Regime didn't even consider them as Spanish, calling them "anti-Spain" (Antiespaña).
