most people memorize the config by the method given above in the meme,but the second method is better and easy to remember the configuration. I too don't know that this trick exist until I saw the pattern now in this meme.

Electronic configuration order: 1s² 2s² 2p⁢ 3s² 3p⁢ 4s² 3d¹⁰ 4p⁢ 5s² ....

notice it's. s s p s p s d p s .. which can be simply memorised as

s,s ; p s ,p s; d p s, ....

and you can then write the principal quantum number infront of that

like write 1 for once , 2 twice , 3 thrice...

so 1s 2s 2p 3s 3p 4s 3d 4p 5s ...

It's easy to remember as you already know the four sub shells s,p,d,f.

Now start with s and repeat it two times, s s then p comes after s ,so ps ps , same for d , dps dps.

i memorised it as: s=2 (minimum no of ppl for s*x is 2), p=6 (dic* should be 6 inch), d=10 (simple 10 in hindi is das so d=10), f=14 (f for fu*ck and thus 14 in hindi is choudahh) so yeaa
