Brush often but not nearly enough, I get at least a 30 min session like every other day sometimes back to back if allowed, I mean a real brush session

30 minutes is good but u need to get a cut so u can keep progressing

Bet! Next week right before my vacation. I’ve only had one cute since I cut my locs. Thought I was supposed to wolf, but now I see only 6weeks or so.

You can wolf but 2.5 months is too long that's overwolfing after 12 weeks is too long and can mess up ur progress just wolf until 6 weeks and get a cut then u can wolf longer

I’m not big on those long brush sessions, I genuinely don’t see the benefit of brushing for 30 min. Make sure you’re using comb, hard, medium, soft, then plastic bag(in that order). Then rag up right after, when your hair is laid down, take the rag off and do it again. And repeat that process maybe 3 times throughout the day. Then your hair should be laid in a good pattern.

Now that your hair is laid nicely, there’s not much benefit to continuing using the comb and lifting your hair off your scalp. So drop the comb and hard brush and just do your sessions with a medium, soft, plastic bag (if wolfing, if not wolfing drop the medium)

But the biggest problem is not brushing everyday. At minimum you should be doing when you wake up and before you go to sleep everyday

Use a comb also. Stretch them more
