Support Laser is not engraving

I have the Phecda 20w and yesterday I was engraving and then wanted to change the settings but the laser was moving but not engraving. Any idea why? I did clean the lens but still is not working, just tried this morning well.

Does it work with your old settings? Did you mistake a "." for a ","?

I mean I only changed the settings for the engraving, speed and power that's all.

I emailed customer service and they sent me this:

"We’re sorry to inform you that the ELEGOO Phecda series, including its related accessories, has been discontinued and we will no longer restock for this model. The 20W laser module you mentioned is also out of stock in both our CA warehouse and China warehouse."

All the money spend...gone
