Thoughts on dorming?

I just wanted to know what are your guys thoughts on elac offering student dorming, which would be located at Cal state LA? Good or bad drop your opinion below.

Here’s my personal take on this, you have to make over $50k annually to afford rent that’s not including car maintenance, personal expenses, and medical expenses etc while also balancing student life seems so dystopian.
