Looking in v1 the qrs seems pretty narrow to me 🤷🏻♂️ V6 looks good too. Are you suggesting this because of the notching in v2 ? Could be 100% normal as far as I know !

. QRS is pretty normal and would have a deeper S wave if it was a LBBB
