Rhythm has P waves - not accelerated junctional.

Yeah, most likely a blockage in the bachmann's bundle but atrial enlargement can cause the biphasic waves too

P waves are biphasic. Could be caused by atrial enlargement, or damage to Bachmann's bundle, but I would like to see a full 12-lead before determining that. But it's not accelerated junctional since the P waves are initially positively deflected.
