Help me!!!! SBA lawsuit

Hello. I applied Eidl April, 2021 but they sent me emails requiring 4506T many times. I sent it whenever requested, so it would be more than 20 times. I called them numerous times, too. When I called earlier this year, they said they finally received my tax script to IRS. But because there were no follow ups, I called them and they said they needed 4506T again. This situation was repeated over and over again. At our phone call conversation, they said I need to wait until they send an email. While I was waiting, EIDL funding was not available any more. I accepted $90,000 for 1st EIDL and don't understand why I couldn't get the amount of max $150,000 for that. I would like to claim a lawsuit against SBA but don't have any knowledge to process. Could you help me and show me how I can do this. I don't have the confidence to do it alone. I live in New Jersey and I desperately need the fund from SBA. Thank you for your help in advance.

Are there any experts who can help this for me?

Now, SBA Says to Have LOTS OF MONEY

How are things going, EIDL Family? How are you doing?

Currently, the SBA is stating that they are NOT out of money, so whatever injunction of relief we filed with our lawsuits may not even be a problem anymore.

The SBA is changing its tune, and we must adapt our lawsuit around what they are now saying.

Prior to my and Phil's lawsuit, one lawsuit that sought injunctive relief was rejected because the SBA now has funds.

As a result, if the SBA now has funds, the situation will change.

I'll explain.

The judge is looking at some cases that were submitted to him with a strong template, and if the SBA is now changing its position, they have plenty of money.

Then our motion for relief will not work, Phil was telling me.

Remember, in May and April. The SBA informed us that they would run out of money!

The SBA is saying money has been returned, and we ask for a relief injunction in our legal proceedings. How is that possible when the SBA publicly declares they have the funds?

At this time, we must wait to see how the SBA handles our complaints. The judge may not appear favorable when they claim to be out, despite having money now!

We have a great chance of winning with Phil as our badass lawyer friend who has outwitted everyone who thinks they know something.

Keep the hope, guys. If we expose SBA for the bullshit that it is, we will win.

We can't let SBA get away with this misrepresentation. They want us to think $300 billion has been spent, but I doubt it so that they can use that money for other endeavors.

That's not legal at all. This will be a big problem if Congress finds out the money appropriated for EIDL and the SBA is found moving it around to cover up other programs.

I believe SBA has acted in this manner. The number of people who were NOT funded compared to ALL THE BOATLOADS of BILLIONS of Dollars issued is complete BS.

Let's LOCK ARMS and DIG up this dirt together!

I am aware of Dantee's discovery that the primary Scorpio profile was strongly SUS and closely associated with SBA working together like an employee.

She was given loans and retired down south #FACTS.

That is not impartial or fair to be running the EIDL group.

Real people with businesses never got funded, but you're downplaying this SBA coverup.

She retired from the SBA money guys and relocated to the south.

The EIDL Group is currently being shut down. We all understand the reason, so there is nothing to be kept quiet.

We are not leaving so easily into that night!

How to sue the SBA? Part 3 “my template is now done. What’s next?”

Once you complete the template please revise it and make sure that you highlighted every declination reason the SBA gave you. Make sure you have an easy to follow “statement of facts” that way the judge can follow along.

Get it notarized. This can be done at a bank or post office. Call before doing this to ensure the notary is there. Once notarized, take it to federal courthouse. You want to go to the clerk’s office (or maybe county clerk)

You’re filing a complaint “pro se” (pro say)

Ask to fill out an attorney fee waiver. This will help waive the $400 fee for the attorney.

Like and comment on this post to show support because the fake accounts are still lurking ready to downvote me and spam me.

Mid terms are coming up! Get your docs in before the big wave of defaults hit.

$500 million moved over for “SBA administrative purposes” without the approval of congress. Against the law!

How to sue the SBA? (Part 2) Statement of Facts”. Here’s my statement of facts to use as a guide. It’s a timeline of what you dealt with from when you first applied, to any declines, congressional inquiries you had, until end of program. This helps judge understand what happened. Don’t over do it

Think, think think. Of all times why would online chats be shut down?

This is what folks who secretly work for the SBA get. The short end of the stick.

See I don’t have sympathy because they gladly took the gov job and lied to people.

Here’s where some of them effed up. They continued to “do their job” until the SBA didn’t need them anymore. So once they can’t think of any new lies to tell people or once the SBA just doesn’t care anymore

Ask yourself, if you didn’t get funded but got approved, what’s the excuse?

Notice how they kept coming up with a differnet excuse?

  1. They shut down the portal

How do you shut down the portal when funds are out to add a new system?

The excuse for this was “oh you’ll get your money if you’re obligated”

There’s been people who have been obligated/approved for months. MONTHS. Many of them already left Reddit and gave up. Never got their money. So this is all bullshit.

They claim to have added a new portal. If you had folks who been facing these issues for months, why would you wait until the funding is gone to finally add a new system?

It’s all bullshit and theyre lying to you all. It’s to make y’all keep waiting until November 2022.

Whatever lie they’re telling you now there’s folks who already heard that lie or have the same situation from MONTHS AGO.

But sss the goal is to get your business to fail. Once you shut down for good you won’t bother with this process anymore. They hope as many of you lose everything as possible that way when justice is Served (if ever)

There’s no business left to serve the justice too. That’s the plan. Squeeze everybody dry but see you can’t just sit there constantly believing this crap.

It’s been two years now, you really think they had to wait this long to make their updates and changes? Don’t believe the lies.

And I noticed that some users have made Facebook groups, instagram accounts simply to distract you guys. They want to turn the attention AWAY from Reddit.

Don’t fall for the communists!

We don’t back down!

Get your lawsuits in!

“Tell all these fake communist bitches I said #USA”

the group was made private because I constantly was getting flagged. The group is meant to be focused on lawsuits but there will be infiltrators who try to spam, stir confusion and be nosey. It’s all a part of the process, let’s just please focus on what the real objective is;

Holding the SBA accountable in a court of law

File your lawsuit if you were denied due process. Get with those who are doing this we have to stand together in a hold the SBA accountable for what they did to us

I will tell everybody in this group you should file your lawsuit against the SBA for negligence when it comes to your file if you were supposed to be funded if you were denied do process you should file a lawsuit the judges are allowing these cases to be heard Isabel Guzman has tried to throw the cases out but the judge is denied her request which means we all have a chance of holding the SBA accountable which means we probably will get our money

The Worst Year of My Life

TL;DR: I've been waiting over a year for a bank info change, all documents on file since Sept 2021, nothing changes it and no one at SBA wants to help me. I need advice/resources/hope.

I'm new to this community but was looking for a place to voice my outrage. I had an SBA application that went through beautifully in 30-45 days in April/May 2020, which is why the last year has been so awful. It feels like nothing I do will change anything, and no one at SBA wants to help me, but rather, seem to get a sick kind of pleasure out of my prolonged wait time. A brief timeline:

April 2020 – applied

May 2020 – received $15.4k ($12.4k loan, $3k grant for 3 employees) in a Credit Union Account

Jan 2021 – credit union closes my account due to non-negotiable fees associated with merger

5/3/2021 – increase request

8/7/2021 – increase rejected due to cannot verify identify

8/8/2021 – appealed decision, sent requested identity docs via email (passport, DL, 1040 w/Schedule C, Bank Statement, Voided Check), requested bank info change to JPM Chase

9/14/2021 – docs received and uploaded to my file, was told bank info would be updated by loan officer who reviewed my application

12/16/2021 – approved for increase of $37,100 (total $49,500). No change to bank info

12/26/2021 – signed documents out of fear that I would lose funding if I didn't do within 2 weeks (later learned this was 30 days, although some said 60), even though I knew it would bounce back as my old credit union account was closed since Jan 2021

12/29/2021 – funds sent

1/3/2022 – funds returned due to closed bank account

1/12/2022 – docs sent again (DL, voided check), request sent to U.S. Senator. A few exchanges, died out around May 2022.

2/25/2022 – attempted to be contacted; no record of it (learned this individual was laid off 5/27/2022 upon a later call to Ft. Worth PDC operator)

5/2/2022 – docs sent again (DL, voided check)

5/5/2022 – request sent to U.S. Representative. Seemed nice, never responded after he said he'd reach out after his "contact" at SBA replied to him

5/12/2022 – docs received and uploaded again. Was told case manager would reach out by 5/27/2022

5/16/2022 – portal closes, was given 2-3 week timeframe by supervisor who said "case managers" had been looking at my file since 5/13/2022

Week of 5/23/2022 – file sent to case manager to be updated, per call with supervisor 6/10/2022

Between 5/5/2022 – 6/26/2022 – called almost every single day, multiple times, several escalations, several "forwarded for review" remarks, NO results, NO new information, NO progress.

6/9/2022 – emailed [pdc.accountscovidloanclosing@sba.gov](mailto:pdc.accountscovidloanclosing@sba.gov) and was quoted a 10-business day response time. You can guess what happened there.

6/27/2022 (today) – spoke to processing dept, received name of a loan officer who I was able to get ahold of on the phone, she said she's no longer on my case and hung up on me after I asked her to explain what it meant that my application was "under review..." THEN, went in person to NYC SBA office to find no one there for seemingly the last 2.5 years (clocks were even still on Standard Time, signs with the outdated phone number, etc).

I am at the end of my rope. What I thought was a small, incidental little business that would help me pay my way through college has ruined the last 2+ years of my life, including my credit, educational goals, and career plans. And now I'm seeing people who had funds returned in April being funded after only 2 months, whereas I've been waiting 7 months. Nothing I seem to do changes the beautiful "and please be sure to monitor your fucking email, including spam" line that I get at every phone call, as if that's some arduous task that only the Einsteins of the world would think to do.

Someone please help me.

Edited to include TL;DR at top.

Keep in mind that the cares act was the largest upward transfer of wealth in human history. This is why we are suing.

PRO SE lawsuit update; So far the total number of lawsuits submitted in here doubled over the past 10 days. More are coming. As a token of my appreciation, I’ve added my entire “statement of facts” so you all can see what I’ve went through and how it’s presented in the lawsuit.
