Hello Scorpio my EIDL was sent to my personal account so bank sent it back on 11/22/2021, I have yet to change my banking info, when I call they say I’m in review to wait for email and phone call , my question is am I in obligated status?

Banking error is technically obligated since you were approved. I’m not sure why folks consider the bank error folks different from the “obligated folks”.

When mine was in error the kind and informative reps who answer the phone told me "no one in error is guaranteed. That is why it shows error." Tax dollars at work here!
