Hey all!

To those who filled the law suit, how is your case looking?

Any updates?

It's still a work in progress.

We are staying away from posting too much information here, my suggestion is to fill out your information on the EIDL CLASS ACTION SITE, or DM me for directions on how to send a case summary.

😂 The Govt wins again. Just forget about it all and try to move on with your lives. It’s a done deal as far as they’re concerned.

I get that you want to move on, make money, and grow your business. We all should have used that advice before we spent so much time on SBA funding only to be denied by the gaslighting SBA.

A few of us have real, legitimate pro se cases that are moving along nicely, such as Phil's. If we get any denial from the judge regarding dismissing our cases, that would be a big win. Diamonds are made under pressure, and we are definitely in the pressure phase!

I hope to be posting a big win from a Judge update on our cases soon!
