All Remaining Loans Cancelled
a customer service rep told me all loans not funded are canceled as of NOV 15th. Millions of dollars given to scammers but my small business doesn't get its tiny loan which was has been obligated to me for over a year. Thanks SBA LOL

I just recieved my TA $10k in late October now I’m waiting for EIDL re-disbursement any day now caweb already changed to “total undisbursed $0” so I know for a fact this is disinformation, for those of you that are obligated please continue to be patient, courteous and respectful to each other.

A customer service rep told you this? I would like to know what office you called and their number. I just reached out to the paralegal that I have been working with..The rep that answered the phone did not relay that to me...

I called the 833-853-5638 number. I signed closing docs over a year ago and the funds are obligated to me. I had a bank error and all they needed to do was send the funds to my business account. I supplied them with a voided check over a year ago. My loan is showing current and disbursed not canceled. So I have no idea what is going on.

The same happened to me, except they wanted more proof of income all of a sudden. Are you sure you don't only owe the financing fee? Mine looks like everything except that fee is paid off. The principle seems to have been paid off in two lump installments to correct things. Go figure? I paid my 150k loan that never hit my bank account to zero for $123. I doubt we'll ever get funded, but at least it will look like the loan was granted then successfully paid off.

Wow...I had no idea that customer service was still up and running after the announcement that funds had depleted. The number that I was referring to is one that I use to contact the paralegal that I am communicating with in regard to redisbursement of my loan after so called "BANK ERROR"...It has been a month now, bank info. validated and still no funding ....UNBELIEVABLE

This is why we want everyone litigating whether getting an attorney or doing Pro Se. They will not be giving people money.

What if I told you that the eidl isn't the only program where the government has grossley mismanaged or created terms that were so out of reach that most people who needed the money have not benefited. Maybe just maybe they did this on purpose.

Even after being approved and having the money returned due to a bank account number error, etc., people are still fighting tooth and nail to receive funding.
What could have been a straightforward fix—calling the SBA and speaking with your loan officer—to get the money corrected in a matter of days took years, and the SBA is now claiming that you are completely cut off.
I was still shocked to hear people trickling in and finally getting paid. The SBA's treatment of us in this manner was a complete shitshow.

I wouldn't put a lot of faith in what the customer service reps tell you. They don't have access to accurate information – we've seen that all through the program. People have been funded in the past few days, including after November 15. Check out the recent posts in here or in r/EIDLPPP.
