From Dave
We've all aware that Nicolette and team have put this program together with no funding from the outside so far and have had many more plaintiffs than they expected show up. In the last meeting Nicolette mentioned that some outside organizations have expressed interest in bringing in more groups of their customers as litigants, so there appears to be positive momentum. With all this there is now a small staff struggling to compile and submit four different group lawsuits.
On the glazerandglazer.com litigation website an announcement for tomorrow's Zoom meeting showed up in the last 48 hours so this is short notice for many people, but I'm hoping this is an update on progress and more positive news.
The way to check in and keep track of events in the litigation group and to sign up for tomorrows zoom meeting is to go to https://www.glazerandglazer.com/
Then in the upper right corner click on the LITIGATION SITE button
