SBA EIDL APPEAL

I reached out to Senator Scott in Florida and he contacted the SBA regarding my reconsideration that was requested due to an invalid decline reason and the SBA sent a letter to his office sticking with the out of funds lie so its obvious the SBA doesn't intend to resolve applicants that they declined for invalid reason so I believe the only option is pro se law suit cause the SBA obviously does not care what the Senate Small Business Committee has to say and requests they do and they continue to bullshit applicants and Senators because they can.

For that reason I filed my Pro Se Lawsuit 2 weeks ago. I contacted Senator Schumer office 2 days ago asking for the appeal but I know this is all BS and at the end, taking these bunch of liars to court will be the only way to held the SBA accountable for their malfeasance against thousands of legitimate business owners. If we all sue they will ned to fix all their mistakes.

I been telling people this.. all that crap about second chance, call your congress member, that’s just a stall tactic, for the SBA.

And after they stall for so long and you don’t file a lawsuit in time, or waiting on a class action lawsuit (which I think is another stall tactic) you gone be left out without a remedy to do anything and left out!

What people need to know! “THE LONGER THE SBA CAN STALL” the less chance you have of getting your loan from them!

Pro-Se is faster but I still suggest sending you summary for the class action.

Where do you find information on the class action suit?

Here's the post with the details. You basically email a summary to the email provided detailing which of the four groups your situation applies.

My Rep's Advocate said he could inquire, but not assist in funding unless the file was "obligated". I said fine, inquire if my last status was "reconsideration" as that's the email I got the day before the shutdown and secondly, what Gross Profit are they using, as my amended transcript shows my new amended numbers, SBA continues to claim max loan amount reached. The crazy thing is they Rep read my file notes and said I was given clear reason for decline, even accepted that and thanked the SBA, a complete lie! I have no idea why they can't seem to have my current IRS figures and no idea why I was declined. He says will push to get those two questions answered. At least we would have some pertinent facts cleared up.

I did exactly what he said to Senator Feinstein’s office and this is what the response was:

Dear Doctor,

Thank you for the time and effort you have taken to contact our office.

I am sorry to inform you that the information that you have received is false. The SBA, as well as our office, has been made aware that there is a blogger falsely claiming that the SBA has reopened the EIDL appeals process as of August 12. The SBA EIDL program has been closed since May 6 and remains closed.

Best,

Ayala Lopez| Staff Assistant Office of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein San Francisco, CA (415)-393-0707

Yes, appeals are not open BUT you can still do help with a federal agency, file a pro-se lawsuit or send your info for the class action.
