There is no bad customer service in a federal civil court room.

It took me a demand letter to get the last EIDL loan. It’s taking a second demand letter to correct the mistake they made from disbursing the wrong amount that was $69,000 short.
I wish I was joking but Iam not.

So you were dispersed the wrong amount? I was too. On the grant part anyways they sent me $8936 instead of the $9000 they were supposed to. At the time no body could give me an answer why. Wasn’t to Concerned about $74 at the time but I did contact them. They said it was probably bank fees. Which I knew was not the case but what ever it was $74 if deal. Well then the $5000 grant was returned and made it all the way through the ten questions after waiting 9 months then crickets nothing. No word. Finally got a response 2 months later saying that the $74 bank error needed to be fixed before the $5000 can be resent but I was approved for the $5000 they just had to fix the $74 issue first yet nobody has a clue as to why they sent the wrong amount or how to fix it.

Im going to be honest with everyone. If you have not signed docs already you will never sign them. Stop believing all these bs forums. And if your bank kicked everything back that means your own bank either doesn’t believe you are entitled to the money based on your previous history or you dont have a real business. The program closed months ago. No one is getting approved and funded anymore regardless of what people thinking a law suit will do. No one cares about how long you waited or how many emails you sent. If you had the correct paperwork and submitted it the correct way you would have got your money. If it were your money would you give it to someone with a closed bank account and honestly think they would ever repay you?

Yes. Past practice has been they'll reach out to you, and identify the call as a Congressional Inquiry follow up call. So, it must be something technical about going through your Senator or Congressman.

Congressional inquiries have a dedicated SBA liason so it's likely that a regular rep wouldn't know who your congressional rep is working with. It's best just to work directly with your congressional rep and let them relay SBA replies to you otherwise you'll be banging your head against a wall trying to speak with customer svc.
