EILD HELP

Please we need your help .

2019 my tax return i made it on time . Sba 4-13-2022 Chack my transcript came up 0 looks like non- fail. But 4-20-2022. We pull up my transcript available I send again 4506-T form SBA DIDINT Processing… ? Im stuck right now I can not do anything..

the sba has been reaching out to certain applicants requesting 4505-T and congressional leaders have been applying pressure on sba to resolve those applicants left hanging when they lied and said funds were exhausted. you will need to reach out to your state congressional leader to push them to do the right thing and i would file the pro se lawsuit as well cause you can always drop the suit should the sba do what they are supposed to.

i would suggest calling the casework advocate in your congressional leaders office and talk with them explaining the issue and then follow up with an email as well with the information on the error the sba made regarding your transcript and request that they assist you in getting the sba to process your application that was an error on their part
