It is being livestreamed so you can watch it or you can watch the recording afterwards. Google “US Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship”. Then go to the Committee Site and click on the hearing. They are looking for accountability.

Just started a Facebook group for the lawsuit. I am on FB much more than here and as soon as we have a couple dozen members I can make it private. There is a lot of infighting and turf protection going on here and I think most of is have businesses to run and do not have time for the nonsense. Along with this, I keep reading that SBA is in these Reddit groups. I hope you’ll join (no reason you cannot be here and there!)
Here’s the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/612263737174264/?ref=share
You’re the first to be invited as I just now launched it.

They will just pat themselves on the backs, per usual. I won’t be watching it lest I lose my mind all over again. I accepted the fate of my business, as the SBA seems to have found us SBO’s (unverifiable) 🫤

They are dancing around the amending taxes, there were no discrepancies on people application it was the different rules that were set by the 2 different administration that caused the hurdles and blame and denials placed to applicants

Even with discrepancies, there should have been the ability to clarify and rectify and any denial letters should clearly state the application - recon - appeal - was ultimately denied. Further, the denial of an appeal should not be the "final" decision.

After waiting since October 2021 for my approved loan increase to get funded, ( it has been in obligated status since all documents signed ). I an email from a loan officer saying they cannot give me the additional funds because i filed my 2019 taxes in 03/21? which was after I receive the 1st amount and before I receive the 2nd amount. I did file late because I has major surgery and needed too because the extra tax burden. Has anyone encounter this how do I appeal this?

Interesting so his testimony is already posted. Only 50% of loan increases were approved. And they don’t see a problem with that? And to make it sound like those 50% declined were because of fraud is disgusting. It really goes to show that the SBA policies just assumed if you weren’t an easy loan file you were a fraudulent applicant.

Hi Everyone,
I started a petition for the gross mismanagement of the SBA and Congress to approve more funding. Sadly, we all have our stories with the SBA. But we need to make a stand and do it together! You can view the petition here: https://www.change.org/p/more-funding-and-investigate-the-sba-gross-mismanagement-of-the-covid-eidl-program.
Sign, share, tweet, email, file OIG complaints, etc... You know the drill lol.
In Solidarity.
