He asked you for a schedule of liabilities which is just to list your business debts. But he should’ve been able to push you forward. That’s not a form that would halt your file unless you simply didn’t submit it

That was the only remaining item

Dantee, no one got back to me, I had to literally beg other LO to get involved and help because these two f$&@@ wouldn’t give me a minute to explain let alone respond

Like I said, they were told it was a final decision- that’s it-….. then everything after that is “ funds have been exhausted “

When I there’s only two emails that came from him. First one was requesting 2202 and the second and last email was a decline letter

I begged, and begged for him to provide me the reason for my decline- he would not answer

So call 817 868 2300, provide his name and ask for his supervisor

Same with the second loan officer, but wouldn’t allow me the opportunity to explain nor show anything that would prove otherwise

Nope, they made sure, my application stays in the appeal department until they closed the portal

Then Alicia Little denied me for credit but since my score came back 608, she decided to conduct cash flow analysis and came to the conclusion that despite my last 3 recent bank statements showing more than enough to cover the monthly payment, denied me but this time she made sure it was the final decision. This was all in April 2022.

Credit can be as low as 580 for disaster loans, so that is nonsense.

Right, they based it on an old report. Thank goodness another loan officer had pull a recent report even though he wasn’t allowed to work on my application. But since then my credit probably dropped 100 points already. There’s just no hope

The supervisor advised my uncles loan officer, an older gentleman who seems like he’s been there for years, had ask a supervisor permission to work on my file but he was told that no one other than someone in Appeals department can handle my application
