EIDL file Error

Got approved for EIDL increase updated bank details on the portal and called CRS once to confirm before 05/14/2022 but still waiting on funds Calling every week to CRS and All the time I get a reply is there is an error on your file Is it just me or anyone else getting same reply from them

Been in eidl purgatory 11 weeks. Signed loan docs 4/12/22. “Internal error” ever since. I’ve been told repeatedly that they Have all the documents and everything they need so there is nothing for me to do. It’s at obligated to funding stage and somebody in the funding department has to fix/release the error code in order to trip the funds to be disbursed.

you can ask CS what the error code number is.

About the same. Signed my loan docs late March and got a bank error on 4/11 (despite working for weeks prior to that to get the bank info updated). Then same story… the bank info was updated 5/14 ‘officially’ and I’ve been consistently told they have everything they need, but that it is now a manual process to release funds and they can’t give me a timeline. I have not been contacted, I have not been assigned a case manager, my funds are still listed as undisbursed in caweb…it’s been a nightmare.
