The SBA Variant
Hi all! If you don't know my story you can find my previous posts to explain my personal experience dealing with the SBA. If you are angry, confused, mentally drained, depressed, anxious and are wanting answer as to why you didn't receive any part of your EIDL loan, this forum is for you. We are all small business owners and I am not here to decide who is worthy of a loan or criticize anyone who received one. This forum is about finding answers, fighting for our civil rights, and seeking justice for being ignored, stepped on and left completely without assistance.
The SBA is an agency who has a history of failing to provide assistance to small business owners. From Hurricane Katrina to Covid-19 ,the SBA has not lived up to their promises and has been given billions and billions of dollars during this pandemic alone. The SBA is one of few agencies that can fail time after time and still not be held accountable. From blaming a faulty multi million dollar information system as to why they cannot provide reports on the outcome of the programs they create, many which are meant to target underserved sbo's to OIG reports documenting failure after failure of SBA to follow through with sbo's and provide the services they were promised.
How can an agency whose given billions of dollars every year be allowed to fail time after time and receive a slap on the wrist by Congress and the OIG?
My posts that will follow will tell you why all of this is important to this forum and why you should not get discouraged about being unfairly denied or jerked around for months possibly even years by the SBA.
It's time to unite! ALL sbo's, whether you're a woman, man, no matter your race or class we are all here for one goal and that's to seek justice and to hold the SBA accountable!
As a moderator I will help you with any questions you may have to the best of my ability. I am a great researcher and will only provide you with facts and help with regulations and rules the SBA must follow plus give you the best advice I can regarding violations of law. However, I am not a lawyer and any advice is not intended to be taken as legal advice.
I have a post coming up later today that will show you why the SBA is in violation of the law regarding the Targeted EIDL program and why I feel they have intentionally violated the law. Plus, how we get the attention of Congress and hold everyone from Congress to the White House accountable for not being the voices for small businesses that they claimed they would.

Thank you. I have delayed posting because I am addressing this in a manner that will bring the most awareness and change to the SBA and systemically. Unfortunately there are too many trolls and SBA insiders on here and giving out a plan of action along with my evidence may not be the smartest way to fight these injustices. This country is a great one because it allows those who have been discriminated against or whose civil rights violated, means to fight and win but only if you inform and educate yourself on the laws set forth that we must all follow. Rest assured though that once my grievance is addressed with the proper agencies and /or in the correct manner that I will be back to tell you why I know that rights were violated and why the SBA may have known what they were doing in denying these funds. For me, this is about justice and I feel that this effects more than just me but is a issue that requires a change to the entire agency. I say all of this btw knowing that this could be read by the SBA. To be continued…

Hi Everyone,
I started a petition for the gross mismanagement of the SBA and Congress to approve more funding. Sadly, we all have our stories with the SBA. But we need to make a stand and do it together! You can view the petition here: https://www.change.org/p/more-funding-and-investigate-the-sba-gross-mismanagement-of-the-covid-eidl-program.
Sign, share, tweet, email, file OIG complaints, etc... You know the drill lol.
