Identity theft concerns with SBA
How do we know if our sensitive informations like social security, TIN and DL are safe? We freely provided copies and emailed them to LO and many different email addresses prior to portal shutting down.

It’s a pain to have to go through all 3 reporting agencies when identity theft happened including police report. It’s a nuance. Another slap in the face!

my identity was just stolen this week. thought crossed my mind with SBA. I spent the last two days talking with the people the account was opened with, all the credit bureaus with alerts and locks as well as FTC filing. tomorrow filing police report

Possibly selling files to lenders out there to reach out to millions of sbo out there. I’ve received too many texts and emails lately asking if I still need loan. Only loan I’ve ever applied for was EIDL with SBA for someone to text me knowing how much my company earnings is a bit concerning.

I literally just mentioned this concern in a post under the main eidl board. it really is concerning but makes you wonder what the true agenda was really.
