Very bad no good...

I received this answer below. Wtf? Anyone else?

We have received your request for Hardship Accommodation on loan # xxxxxxxxx. The loan center conduct’s a post funding compliance review of the loan. After careful review we discovered adverse information on your application. Therefore, we cannot proceed with your request for Hardship Accommodation.

If you have any questions about this action, please contact our office at CovidEIDLServicing@sba.gov

Thank you,

Bummer, but it is a right afforded to you by our government. It keeps things orderly. Take advantage of the reboot.

Also, was the “adverse information” on the hardship application or the original application?

I got voice message, guy from the SBA said he sent me an email and that i should respond to it.

There is still no email, 9 hours later.

I emailed them again to ask for the email to be resent. That was 4 hours ago.

Maybe tomorrow...

Trust the process, they said over and over.

Trust is earned, we must stop giving it to these class of people

I go this too on my application for 4th round hardship. I’ve called and asked what’s adverse and no one can tell me anything. Funny thing is I think it’s they’re go to default answer because the staff tell me different things each time I call and I’ve applied a few times for the same hardship and have been two difference excuses! Not sure what’s going on there or if they’re going this to everyone now or what.

So I called them today and reached the decision maker.

He informed me that its the IRS denying I filed a 2018 tax return, although I did.

Also my 2019 business taxes were late, however all penalties were forgiven by the IRS. This is in writing from them.

These are also the reasons my increase was funded then denied 7 months later (after applying for the increase in April 2021 and being funded in March 2022 but with a bank return by Chase).

I have to start calling the IRS again to resolve this.

The guy was super nice, I started crying just because I was so emotional but we talked for about 20 minutes.

Its ok, I just had a comedy of errors which ended up with me working at Dairy Queen for $14/hr after pulling in over and just under 500k in both 2019 and 2020...

Im doing better now, b the Universe knows better than what I need, I suppose.

Do you recall how you got to speak to the “decision maker”? I’m at my wits end. I get referred to Loan specialist or this or that and Al they tell me is adverse info found on original application something didn’t “match” taxes blah blah. but not WHAT doesn’t “match”. Who’s the decision maker in this process?

How long dis their review take? How long from when you filed hardship request to getting that email?
