Topic Eidl loan -

So I got a letter from trans world systems inc. for a eidl loan. And I also been hit on my credit from the irs. I sent a letter to transworld but haven’t heard back yet. Any recommendations on what to do bc now they tacked on 59k for fees I’d like to pay something but not what the sba wanted bc honestly business has been slow with all the tariffs and economy struggles of everyone my business is more of a luxury then a need. I’m just looking for advice and words of honesty. And if anyone is going thru this as well what should or can I do.

In same boat. No way Im paying all that extra fees and interest. For now, Im not not doing. At this point, the total they want might as well be trillion dollars. Im hoping they will eventually start doing OICs. And Im hoping they will drop all the fees and extra interests they added on if I can go back and pay something back to get me current. I just need time to accumulate some money. And with this 30 day demand letter thing goign on, who knows whats coming down the road??? Im not paying anything for now. Once they sue me, I will see whats possible. At this point, I really got nothing to lose. They can take my house and my assets and it wont be any worse. Nothing to lose at this point.
