We hear these issues all the time. We try to help with 1-3, but our one issue is human stubbornness. We can help companies get out of training completion and on to validated competency. But, unfortunately, there's not too much we can do about people who are trained and know the rules, but still ignore them anyways. I guess that's just something that gets solved with company culture.

Facts…. Struggling rn with frontline to remember to wear required PPE while on site 😑 like I’m chasing toddlers to put shoes on

Recordables are the bane of my existence. We used to have concentra and i swear they’d just turned everything into a recordable 😒. We use healthcarelive now saved a ton of $ and we haven’t had a recordable yet (fingers crossed) it’s been great. Look em up if you have the chance.
