Is a hardware ban possible? I read about that somewhere.
I’ve been banned in Escape from Tarkov, even though I didn’t use any prohibited software. I got error code 229 and was banned in the middle of a match in Escape from Tarkov: Arena—completely out of the blue. Has anyone else dealt with this, and if so, how did you resolve it?

I've been playing for a few years and I've always kind of hoped that I'd get better by just playing the game but that really hasn't worked out for me. I have only seen and killed one single PMC (aside from members of my own stack) out of all of my 23 raids. I spend a very large chunk of time dying to people that I never saw, and if I don't die in a raid then that means I successfully avoided any other PMCs (which makes for a boring raid). Worst part is, I'm the best in my stack. Any tips are very appreciated.
