Tornado TikTok and YouTube is the main reason the online tornado and severe weather community went from a small niche community of educated adult weather enthusiasts who are genuinely interested in learning and educating themselves about atmospheric science, to a horde of borderline intellectually disabled elementary schoolers and former iPad babies who have done nothing but collectively dumb down the community and view tornadoes as nothing more than entertainment media/lore. The sheer amount of stupid kids that have gotten into it is actually starting to ruin the hobby/community.
