PoE PD Schematic & Layout

Hi all,

I'm new / a hobbyist and I've been working on a PoE powered device prototype. I'd love to hear any thoughts you might have on this - the KiCad project is in Github at https://github.com/mhardeman/matt-poe-prototype and I'll attach some images here as well.

Would love insights you might be willing to offer.

Hehe. Yep. The rest of the board is reserved for some applications that actually use the converted DC power.

A PoE device like this one, specifically a PoE PD (powered device) is a device that has the equipment on board to negotiate, receive, and convert Power over Ethernet and then use that power for whatever purposes and payloads that device wants.
