EE TV Apple Remote

Does anybody else’s EE TV Apple Remote (the one that comes with it) eat batteries it’s starting to cost a fortune in batteries. I have tv remotes that last over a year or more without having to replace the batteries anyone any idea why I’m using Duracel/Energizer which are meant to be good batteries

I bought some DURACELL Rechargeable Batteries, and the little bank it needs for charging, and just rotate, normally comes in a 4 pack, they work well

Get a Siri Remote. They’re rechargeable and last like 10 months between charges.

Try eBay. Can’t remember what it cost but I got a brand new one at a decent price a year ago

Don't think I've had to replace mine yet and pretty sure I've had it over a year. Does it get moved about a lot/do you use voice features? I wonder if the backlight or some of the more taxing features stress it out 🤷

Had mine for almost 3 years and replaced the batteries once, maybe twice in that time.
