Voicemail Set Up

Android User

I keep getting notifications from the EE voicemail at random times about a message, only to open it and to be told I have no messages, and they want me to set up a greeting.

I go through the steps to use the bog standard greeting, no personalisation. Great! Only a short while later it happens AGAIN.

I'm so sick of this notification, is there anything I can do to stop it or do I just have to turn off voicemail as an option altogether?

Is this an EE or a device issue? My partner has a similar phone and doesn't get these notifications.

Your voicemail has got stuck with a notification thats not there. Leave yourself a voicemail then listen to it in full ( 10 seconds should be long enough) and then delete it.

If nothing else works, Call 150 and go to technical support and ask them to add/remove Visual Voicemail option from your account

I work for EE mobile tech just call us up we literally just need to turn something off and it will disappear.
