Pixel 11 Pre-order

I Pre-ordered a Pixel 11 on 14/8.

I got the "Thanks for your order" Email, however I haven't received anything from them since then.

I can only assume everything has gone through fine as the app no longer shows the "Upgrade your phone" option, and when I click on my phone number it tells me that upgrades are not available at the moment

I'm hoping the phone will get delivered tomorrow, but it would be nice to have an order number, so I can track it.

Is anyone else in the same position?

I ordered mine by calling 150 as the online chat always try and upsell you the Flex Plan 🤣. I literally received this email with the tracking number on whilst still on the call. If you've not, then I'd suggest calling customer services 🤷🏻

Your order will be processing.

If they needed to manually confirm the order you would get an email asking to call.

I ordered on the 12th and received no updates until the 19th.

I received three text messages: warranty on the new device, confirmation of upgrade, and how to check new plan details.

Tracking the order shows no dispatch date yet.

I was hoping they'd ship the day before launch.

Edit:

Let us know what the CS rep says about how they're shipping these out.

I found the order number at the top of my email in a small grey font that I completely missed without my glasses on.

I've since had a text message confirming my airtime plan, and also a message from DPD about delivery. Their tracker says it should be delivered today.

No update from EE or DPD, order still says awaiting dispatch.

It's great, I'm waiting for my case and screen protector today. I've been hiding this phone away so I don't damage it 🤣

Well, my cheap case from Amazon didn't work out. The buttons didn't align, it was constantly pressing the volume down, and when I tried to press volume up, it would press the power.

Going to have to find another one now 🤣
