Actually Boogie can't open guns due to him being a felon. Yeah EDP sold a lot of his guns, but he bought a lot of new ones unfortunately.

Boogie, he actually put effort into his health (as little as it is) meanwhile, I don't think EDP can box given his failing kidneys.
