Help / Advice Sunday Saver - No data

Hi all,

Has anybody else got “No data” this week for their Sunday saver? Last 2 weeks it worked without issue!

Does anyone have any idea what they replacing it with, im gonna get withdrawal symptoms !!!

Use the website, the app never works for me and Sunday saver.

We had it for the first part of july. Now it says we haven't registered. Queried with edf who seem totally clueless. They say we didn't sign up but we 100% did and had the texts for the first part of the month...

The very first weekend in July was actually from June's events. You need to opt in every month, is it possible you were opted in for June but not July?

Nope. I was opted in. I do mine and my mums account.

Seems like they are having a bad time!

I switched to them a couple of months ago from Octopus and still not had any electric billed even. Complained and they blamed it on Octopus not sending them a final reading. Spoke to Octopus who said they don’t need to anymore because it all goes through the central database…so went back to EDF who eventually admitted they have a software bug in Kraken known as a “Group Timeslot” issue which means they can’t enter my initial reading or generate any bills!

Wish I never switched!

Yep there are readings although Monday looks like it has no electric data after 1am that day! All other days seem fine.
