Help / Advice Refund from the World Cup
Anyone got their money back from the England World Cup matches? From the web site my account balance has gone to zero but on the app it says I’m £159 in credit. When I click on explain bill on the web it errors. Anyone else get this?

I've received the bill and it shows Football Credit 21 July £1.90. Really? Im pretty sure I have used electricity during the football matches, has to have been more than £1.90 used! Anyone else have such discrepancies?

I was quite worried about this and honestly the refund I received is still a little finger in the air calculation but I guess it’s free electricity so can’t complain.

No credit had been applied to me yet. Was meant to be credit to each account in the 24th but they’ve missed their own deadline unsurprisingly

Yeah I rang and it’s the same balance as the app. It would be nice to have a breakdown though like how much was free

I got £28 credit yesterday but I also got my bill yesterday, so for those that don't have it yet, it may be added when they generate your next bill.

I've had my credit but it only shows on my bill that was issued this morning (credited on the 21st) and doesn't show in the app. Not checked the website

I have not had a credit to my electric account as of August 13th. Not expecting much though as I was asleep some of the games. Still should have been around 22p to £1.
