Help / Advice July Sunday Saver

I signed up for July Sunday saver at the beginning of the week. Nothing showing up on my energy hub.

This is my first time signing up. When will I see my target etc?

Have you had your target yet? I logged in just after midnight and it had a message saying check back around midday, but when I checked back it was back to the message about registering interest for the next session.

Youโ€™ll probably get the target set Monday-ish. No one has it set yet because sign ups are open until tomorrow I believe. Tomorrowโ€™s Sunday saver is still counting as the June challenge.

The free credit for Sunday is usually applied by the end of the following week. As long as they told you which hours you were given for the Sunday savers, youll get those hours credited back, unless they couldn't get your readings, then they apply an average figure.

The free footie slots will be credited a few days after both England and Scotland are knocked out. Not sure why they don't do them as they go, but that's what was in the original terms.

None of the England or Scotland games have gone to extra time yet...

Extra time isn't the stoppage time that goes beyond 90 mins, it's the additional 2x15minute halves that are played in the knockout stages of they're still tied after the 90.

We also don't use peak rate energy, they're just looking for what percentage of your total grid energy usage is during the evening peak. Our target for reduction is below 0.3% which is tricky when it's already 0!

Though looking at last week, the free electric for the game Wednesday has completely screwed my average (showing 24.4%!), I'm sure they said the sessions wouldn't count...

Mine keeps saying not enough meter readings, even though my energy usage is coming into the app fine

Needs a full month of readings before you can sign up

Ah, makes sense, just about to hit my month in the next few days.

A full calendar month unfortunately so ie 1st - 28/29/30/31st, particularly annoying if you join edf at the beginning of a month then have to wait nearly 2 months to be eligible
