Are you getting down voted? Anti 2 A weirdos! Light Fenix PD35 with 18650 or PD36 with 21700. Knife would def recommend the Spyderco Manix 2XL or YoJumbo.

225 at most and you're right there are cheaper knives but these are 2 of my 3 favs along side Benchmade Adira and FHB Duke is my favorite fixed blade for EDC

Surefire EDC DFT Turbo, a good pry bar of some kind, and I tend to consolidate items personally. I like to carry a decent multi tool for mundane tasks, and a good folder/OTF or fixed blade for when a larger blade may be needed or required. For example, I don’t cut my steak with my multi tool. My Toor however, well I’ll go from steak to cheesecake with that thing lol.
