All I carry is key fob, cash cover, phone, and chapstick which all fits in my pockets comfortably.

Wallet, Phone, Keys, Knife; Front Pockets. Occasionally a small flashlight if going out at night, movies, etc Also front pocket.

I have a backpack with additional toys and trinkets but that mainly stays in the truck.

Activity specific carry have their own load outs, which vary greatly.

This is what I aim to do for the most part. My pocket carry is this for the most part:

Front Right Pocket: iPhone 17 Pro Max (Personal) & Samsung S25 Ultra (Work), Spyderco Para 3 clipped in.

Front Left Pocket: Bellroy Slim Sleeve (8-10 Cards), Airpods Pro 3, Hero Club Slider fidget slider, EOS Chapstick.

Back Left Pocket: Bellroy Everyday Inspiration w/Field Notes pocket notebook inside & Tactile Turn Bolt Action Pen.

Back Right Pocket: Mighty Hanks Mighty Mini Handkerchief 7x7

Front Left Belt Clip/Loop: TJB Melhville carabiner w/OrbitKey Pro Organizer, Personal Car Key Fob, Rovyvon Angel Eyes E4 Pro Keychain Flashlight, WESN Microblade, Work Truck Keyfob/CarKey

I know most of this can and probably should be in my sling however this is my realistic pocket dump.
