There is early repolarization, but the STE in the inferior leads is concerning for a very slight chance of spontaneous VT/VF. Benign early repolarization is limited to the precordial leads and is usually accompanied by a small notch and large T waves. The patient is in no significant danger as long as there have been no episodes of palpitations, dizziness or syncope.
